  • Happy Valentines Day!

It’s a special date for Ryan and I. We were married on Valentine’s Day. Not because we are super lovey-dovey, romantic people (in fact just the opposite!) but because the date was available at the wedding venue we wanted. And, who doesn’t want a free steak dinner, red roses, live music & dancing, and chocolate on Valentine’s Day?  Here we are on our wedding day…we look so young! It’s the cutest little bowling alley with bumpers and games for the kids and a full bar for the adults – everyone loved it! Galena Lodge for snowshoeing or cross country skiing and…

  • THIS IS US

We are sisters born and raised in Seattle and now blessed to live right across the street from each other – and love it! Megan is a full-time bad ass attorney and mom of twins, and Mallory is an elementary school counselor turned stay at home mom of two boys. We have been talking about starting a blog for years now, to document and share all the fun things we do, eat, drink, and buy that make raising kids more fun and manageable. We used to live just a few blocks away from each other but recently Mallory moved directly across the street which is when “Wine Council” started. Wine…
