We love pesto around here – whether it’s on pasta, veggies, pizza or eggs! Carlsbad & Coronado
We spent a long weekend in Carlsbad and Coronado for our cousin’s wedding and had such a great time. I really hadn’t spent time in the San Diego area since my yearly trip for the San Diego Surf Cup soccer tournament growing up and I loved it! This is such a great summer salad. It goes with everything, it is light and delicious and is so easy to throw together!
