Date Night at The Canteen at Camp Canlis

Leave it to the best fine-dining restaurant in Seattle to be the most creative and come up with multiple different Covid-friendly outdoor dining options. The restaurant claimed Camp Canlis, yurt and treehouse dining, smokehouse barbecue fare, is their last creative reinvention now that things are returning to normal but we can hope they keep the creativity flowing! Not only is it nice to have new out door dining options, but it’s also amazing that they are offering more casual and wallet-friendly, yet equally delicious options!

Chris and I recently dined at the “Canlis Canteen”, hosted on the lower parking lot, featuring casual menu options like smokehouse barbecue, campfires, BBQ and booze meant to evoke the best memories of our beautiful Seattle summers. The entire experience was fantastic. So fantastic in fact, that we have a reservation for my entire extended family to go back at this end of this month. Hurry and make your reservation now – we aren’t sure whether Camp Canlis will last through the end of July as planned or be extended through August.

Make sure to get the Frito pie, corn and margaritas! Yummm.
