Pregnancy Must-Haves

This third pregnancy is giving me a run for my money. I was sicker longer, larger faster, more uncomfortable, more pain and VEINS – you name it. I don’t know if it’s because I’m older or because it’s my third pregnancy or a combination of both, but yikes. May can’t come soon enough. Here are the things that are helping to keep me sane and a little more comfortable while we wait for baby boy to arrive.

  1. Calm Gummies – Natural Vitality Calm Magnesium Supplement, Anti-Stress Gummies. As I get larger and more uncomfortable, I start to get more anxious and these seem to really help! I also like the Peaceful Mama Tea to help me relax before bed.
  2. Ritual Zero Proof Tequila Alternative – Zero Calories and makes delicious alcohol free cocktails. I like to make spicy margs with this by marinating the “tequila” in jalapenos and then mixing with fresh lime juice, seltzer and a tiny bit of agave – so refreshing. I’ll be making more and more this Spring.
  3. Partake Pale Ale – Non-Alcoholic beers that are so tasty and only 10 calories. I always crave beer when I’m pregnant and these do the trick. Chris loves them too!
  4. Unisom Sleep Tabs – Nighttime sleep aid safe for pregnancy. I started taking these with Jack and what a game changer! I only have to take half a pill and actually sleep!
  5. Zella Live in Maternity Ankle Leggings & Lulu Lemon Align Leggings – My two favorite maternity leggings. The Zella leggings go up and over your belly so won’t dig in anywhere or cause any discomfort. The Align Leggings are buttery soft weightless leggings, while not technically maternity, they stretch with you and back afterwards! I’m still wearing my align leggings that I wore while pregnant with Jack.
  6. Golden Ale by athletic brewing company – My second favorite pregnancy beer đŸ™‚ and available at most grocery stores.
  7. Pregnancy Pillow – Contoured Pregnancy Support Pillow with Jersey Cover. I can’t say enough good things about this pillow – it is so comfortable and supportive and improves my sleep so much. It’s number 7 but is number 1 on my must-have list. Everyone in my family wants to sleep on it but I won’t share haha.
  8. Target Short Sleeve Non-Shirred Maternity T-Shirt  & Gap Pure Body Tank Tops and Tees– My go to maternity tees – so soft and comfortable.

I hope this helps any fellow pregos out there!
