We are heading to Lake Chelan for the long weekend ahead and getting our festive Memorial Day menu ready. Fun, festive and easy is ALWAYS the goal!

Breakfast Ideas

Here are some of the patriotic breakfast ideas we are considering for Memorial Day weekend: Sheet Pan Pancakes, Blueberry Baked Oatmeal, and Patriotic Toast. Now the real question, will our kids eat it?

Lunch and Dinner Ideas

There are so many fun, Americana lunch and dinner ideas floating around the Internet. Here are couple that caught our attention along with a few oldie but goodies that we have made before: Flag Pizza, Bacon Cheeseburger Bowls, Flag Caprese Salad, Patriotic Pasta Salad, and Hot Dog Flag Board.

Drink Ideas

Its supposed to be warm (hooray!!) in Chelan over Memorial Day weekend. Here are a couple festive cocktail ideas that will keep us cool and patriotic: Strawberry Tequila Sodas, Red Wine Spritzer, Patriotic Sangria, and Firecracker Popsicle Prosecco.

Dessert Ideas

And, last but certainly not least, my favorite course DESSERT! Red, white & blue candy board, Sprinkle Ice cream sandwiches, Patriotic party mix, and Prosecco Pops. Don’t just stop at one!
